  • Accepts credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB) from more than 21 partner banks. See the full list below.
  • Applicable for orders with a total value from 3,000,000 VND or more.
  • Installment terms of 3 – 6 – 9 – 12 months (depending on the bank).
  • No down payment required.
  • 0% interest rate installment payment.
  • No installment conversion fee.
  • Each customer can join the program multiple times, provided that the total value of installment purchases does not exceed their credit card limit.
  • Applicable for customers who are international credit cardholders of participating banks. Cardholders from partnered banks can make 0% interest installment payments for up to 12 months by selecting the installment payment method at checkout.
  • Cancellation is not applicable for successfully processed installment transactions.
  • Refunds are not applicable for installment transactions upon customer request. In case of product defects or a customer refusing the order, HOKA Vietnam will issue a shopping Coupon/Voucher equal to the paid amount.
  • When making installment payments on the HOKA Vietnam website, customers do not need to perform any additional actions, such as sending SMS messages or calling the bank to confirm the installment transaction.
  • List of banks that charge additional installment transaction management fees from customers:
      + MSB: 1.1% of the transaction value (minimum 150,000 VND per transaction).
      + Techcombank: 3 & 6-month terms (1%) & 9 & 12-month terms (3%)
  • For cases where the credit card does not meet the installment conversion requirements set by the issuing bank, the bank reserves the right to refuse the installment conversion and will not be responsible for any interest or fees incurred (if any) from unsuccessful installment conversion.

Step 1: Choose your products
 
Select the products you wish to purchase. The total order value must be at least 3,000,000 VND.
 
Step 2: Select installment payment method
Choose the payment option “Installment via Credit Card” to begin the installment purchase process.
 
Step 3: Select your issuing bank, card type, and preferred installment term
  • Select your credit card issuing bank.
  • Select card type:
     + Visa
     + MasterCard
     + JCB
  • Select installment term:
     + 3 months
     + 6 months
     + 9 months
     + 12 months
  • Review your order information after selecting the installment payment method:
     + Order value
     + Installment term
     + Installment fee (if any)
     + Monthly payment amount
     + Total installment amount
 

Step 4: Enter your payment card information

  • Card number: A sequence of 15 or 16 digits printed on your card.
   Example: 412345678912345
  • Expiration Date: The month/year printed on your card.
   Example: 02/28
  • CSC: The 3-digit CSC code printed on your card.
   Example: 123
  • Cardholder’s Name: The name of the cardholder printed on the card.
   Example: NGUYEN VAN A. Click the “Pay” button to complete your transaction.
 
Note:
   + Information entered must match the details printed on your card.
   + The available credit limit must be greater than or equal to the total installment amount.
 
Step 5: Enter 3D-Secure Authentication Password (if applicable)

If your credit card is registered for the 3D-Secure verification program (Verified by Visa / MasterCard Secure Code / J-Secure) by your issuing bank, you will be redirected to the bank’s verification page to enter your authentication password.

If you forget or do not know your authentication password, please contact your issuing bank using the phone number on the back of your card for assistance.

Step 6: Receive Transaction Result
Please wait a few moments to be redirected back to the merchant’s website and receive the transaction result notification (successful or unsuccessful).
- Please carefully read the terms and conditions of the Installment Payment Program. By confirming payment, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to all terms and conditions of the program.
- HOKA Vietnam reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet the program’s conditions. In case of dispute, the decision of HOKA Vietnam shall be final.
